As someone who lives in Dublin city centre, I have grown to love and appreciate the growing artisan coffee scene. Traveling across the city to work each morning, I always look forward to being able to stop for a coffee on my way.

These cafes work incredibly hard at their craft of coffee brewing to help us all improve our days. However, they also put so much time and effort into creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere to sit and enjoy your coffee. From interior design to the playlists they choose, they have created a whole new ethos for coffee enjoyment. Furthermore, it’s small businesses like these that fuel our whole economy.

These are all just some of the reasons why I was so excited to pull this print together when I was approached by one of the cafes involved. Due to the COVID 19 crisis, I have had to start investing in my craft of coffee brewing and while I have gotten my barista skills to a place that I can be proud of, I really look forward to the days where I can visit my local coffee shops, sit in with a coffee and watch the world go by.

To me, these places will always be where I find my True Home Brew.
